Orders: When making an order, you must call or text the number: 0435209415 and email to make a purchase. We acquire flowers and produce fresh garlands once you confirm your order. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel your order (in whole or in part) at any time after receiving it for any reason. Before approving any order, we may request further verifications or information. You will be needed to give the recipient's name, delivery address, and mobile number if you make a transaction. You agree that, if we cancel all or part of your purchase, your sole and exclusive option is will be a refund on the amount charged for the cancelled portion to your bank account.
Order Modification/Cancellation Policy There are some orders that we are unable to accept and that we may cancel. We have the right to cancel any order for any reason, such as unanticipated situations that may arise, restrictions on quantity available for purchase, errors in product(s) or price information etc. You are required to contact us at least 3 days prior to the product collection date. We will attempt to alter or cancel your order if the flowers/raw material for your product have not been ordered or if these flowers may be used for another purchase.
Shipping & Delivery Policy: Our products are always delivered in great condition. However, if they are delivered earlier or later than the scheduled delivery date, please acknowledge that the cause of this may be one of the following: • Bad weather • Political disruption • COVID -19 crisis •Unexpected events *Please note that: - If the client is not present to receive delivery and we are unable to finish delivery, the delivery charge (if applicable) will still apply, and the order will be made available for collection. - An additional delivery fee will be charged if the client requests that the purchase be delivered to a different address or that the order be re-delivered.
Variation of prices: *All prices are in AUD. Without previous notice, we reserve the right to alter or delete any products. The purchase price of the product is the price that is in effect at the time you look at it. Any price disparity between the order price and the supplier price will be communicated to the customer prior to shipping. Payment methods: We take cash and bank transfers for payments. Please accept our apologies for not being able to accept credit card payments. Payment must be provided prior to delivery or pickup if the items total a large sum of money.
